Ingredients: 250 gms minced meat or chicken, onion, garlic, green chilly, black pepper, parsley, cinnamon, cloves, salt and a pinch of Red pepper powder. 

Method : in a deep pan take one cup of water. Heat it and pour all the above ingredients I to it. Bring it to a boil till the meat is done and spices fill the air with its aroma.
When the water is dried up then dry grind this mixture in a jar till smooth dough like paste.
Make small balls of it on dry hands and flatten them into patty like shape with help of corn flour.
Heat a flat pan with little oil to shallow fry them.
Preparation time: 25 mins
Serves: 6 servings with salad and lemon and tomato sauce
